Shipping Policy
- Each order takes between 3-5 business days to arrive at you once the order gets shipped through USPS. Our estimated shipping time is between 1-2 weeks depending on the season.
- We will notify you if any item from your purchase is out of stock. If so, we will place a refund (see refund policy). Your package will be shipped once we have all the items in your order ready.

- Please note that our estimated shipping and arrival time refers to standard working days. Holidays, weather conditions, and the wrong address provided will cause a delay in your delivery.
- We have various shipping options. Please make sure that you choose what suits you best.
Return Policy
- Our policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
- The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
- Earrings are exempt from being returned. Such exemption applies to all earrings purchased from our website.
- Additional non-returnable items are sale items.

We will not place a refund if:
- The item is not in its original condition, damaged, or has missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- The item is returned more than 15 days after delivery.
Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will be processed to your original method of payment within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
- If you haven’t received a refund yet, first recheck your bank account.
- Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)
- We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at foreverbrightpr@gmail.com
Shipping
- Once you email us, we will create a return label with your information.
- You will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
- We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
